Rolltech Makina started production in its own facilities in Bursa in 2014 and has more than 15 years of experience in the industrial sector. Our company, which focuses on press feeding systems needed especially in the metal industry, manufactures machines such as "Coil Sheet Uncoiler, Coil Sheet Rewinder and Straightening".
Efforts to increase productivity have identified the reduction of die change and new roll loading times in sheet metal processing lines as the main goal. In this direction, systems, loading trolleys and 2 Chuck Decoilers have been developed to speed up the coil loading process.
Our machines, which offer the opportunity to stock the rolls, provide uninterrupted operation until the sheet is finished. In this way, the space allocated for the storage of overproduced material is reduced, while significant savings are achieved in the use of labor and time required for the transportation of the material.
Our new series products are designed with the principle of efficiency, productivity and more effective use of production space. These systems include additional features such as motorized mechanical brakes, hydraulics and overpressure.
